Malcolm "Mac" Laird and Sandra Stolz are university educated professionals who work hard for their clients as mortgage consultants and strategists. Both have worked in professions where they have had the opportunity to develop the ability to effectively communicate and advocate on behalf of their clients. Mac and Sandra both also have experience as professional educators - they bring to the table the skills necessary to work for you as their client paying close attention detail in order to understand your specific needs, and to ensure that you understand your financing options so you can make your best and most appropriate choice for your next mortgage.
Mac has achieved a Bachelors degree in Political Science (University of Calgary) and a Master's Degree in Education (San Diego State University). He also holds the designation of Accredited Mortgage Professional. Mac has a varied background including experience as a human resource professional, financial planner, and as a high school teacher. With his educational background in economics, politics, education and administration, and the experience acquired in his professional life, Mac has the skills to represent you as your mortgage broker.
Sandra has achieved a Bachelor of Laws degree (University of Alberta). She also holds the designation of Accredited Mortgage Professional. Sandra's extensive background assisting clients as a practicing lawyer, in the insurance industry and in the banking industry have provided her with the integrity and skills necessary to represent you, her client, as a mortgage broker. Nicole Ranger Nicole joined our team in December 2008 - she has worked with clients in Victoria as a mortgage broker since 2007. Prior to becoming registered as a mortgage sub-broker, she worked in both the mortgage and real estate industries in an administrative capacity. Nicole feels strongly that providing clients with unbiased advice and educating people about their financing options is the key to client service.
